Project Engineer

Job Description


Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Project Manager on the execution of awarded projects.

  2. Co-ordinate with clients and consultants on projects plan and implementation.

  3. Monitor and carry out quality check on progressive completed work and make recommendation for effective project management.

  4. Inspect and evaluate on work performed by subcontractors.

  5. Prepare project reports and check on updated drawing completion.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • Preferable with minimum 2-4 years of working experience in M&E field.

  • Possess relevant safety certificates is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and willing to travel based on the project site.

  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office and AutoCad competency



Project Co-Ordinator

Job Description

  • Coordinate & monitor site & documentation progress.

  • To ensure quality control of work is up to client's standards.

  • Provide detail shop drawings in AutoCad.

  • To provide and ensure drawings are accurate as per site measurement.

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Attend weekly progress meeting and prepare meeting minutes and update to Project Schedule

Process Engineer

Primary Objectives Of This Job

  • Demonstrate ability to lead technical projects from concept through implementation together

with Process Engineering team.

  • Assist with execution of qualification protocols for IQ, OQ

  • Perform activities like IGI (incoming goods inspection), FAT/SAT and Installation verification

for new equipment’s and also for existing modified equipment’s.


Responsibilities

  • Manage equipment construction activities associated with implementation of engineering

Projects

  • Support all phases of engineering project implementation to meet scope, schedule, budget,

quality, and safety requirements

  • Work with Engineering consultant firms, together with process engineers to support and

complete following tasks within schedule for new equipment’s/existing modified equipment’s:

  • Review P&IDs, standard detail drawings, URS, HAZOP study report etc.,

  • Review 3D model and 2D layouts as appropriate, general arrangement and isometric

drawings for construction & installation

  • Review detailed specification datasheets for equipment, valves, instruments, piping etc.,

  • Review testing and commissioning procedures

  • Involve Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of all process equipment’s, if applicable.

  • Involve Inspection Site installation of new equipment’s upon delivery.

  • Review of Vendor Turnover Packages and Construction Trade Turnover Packages.

  • Involve in Design Qualification, if applicable.

  • Review Functional specifications

  • Participate in Software FAT using PCS7.

  • Involve Commissioning and Qualification of new/Modified equipment’s in Cell Culture or

Downstream (Purification) areas. Which include reviewing of C&Q documents.

  • Review Punch list and follow-up until successful handover.

  • Review hand-over records

  • Knowledge/ Experience in change control management and Deviation investigation & closure.

  • Coordinates with multi-disciplinary team like Automation, Manufacturing, PDTS and Validation for improvements or implementing changes associated with projects.
